Windows 2000 and XP support Network Time Protocol (NTP) for automatic synchronization to Internet Time Servers (ITS). To give you an idea of the time difference between New Jersey and South Camp, Egypt with the current seasonal earth tilt: The sun is rising on the "next" day just about the time it is setting in sunny California "the day before". In NJ, it's already been dark for a couple of hours when morning light is breaking at South Camp (summer) the next day!

If in NJ, and Windows automatically adjusts for DST, select GMT- 05 (EST) Manually (below) and Standard Time. Windows clock may already have applied DST depending on your settings.
